Gail is an important and welcome addition to our firm as she has exclusively practiced matrimonial and family law for over thirty years and has handled thousands of cases involving divorce, custody, parental access and visitation, equitable distribution, maintenance and child support and domestic violence as well as the negotiation and preparation of Separation, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
Gail is well respected by the Judges she appears before and by her adversaries given her high degree of professionalism, legal acumen and extensive experience. Her thoroughness and preparedness are unparalleled which Gail’s clients appreciate and have come to expect from her. Equally important as her legal knowledge, Gail is keenly attuned to her clients’ needs and their individual circumstances.
Gail’s pragmatic and cost-effective approach to the practice of law is readily apparent to her clients. As Gail explains to her clients, taking control of their case and attempting to settle it is typically a better option than litigating. Gail is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and is a member of their Matrimonial Committee, the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, the Queens County Bar Association where she is a member of their Family Law Committee and of the Queens County Women’s Bar Association.
