Mr. McMahon’s practice has focused exclusively upon pre and post trial commercial litigation.
After graduating, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2011, Mr. McMahon’s practice has focused exclusively upon pre and post trial commercial litigation, including preparation of pleadings; discovery demands, responses and document productions; party and non-party depositions; motion practice; and appellate briefs.
Mr. McMahon is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida as well as the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. While in law school, he was a member of the Elder Law Clinic and Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, and received awards in classes on Federal Income Taxation and Appellate Advocacy. Mr. McMahon is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. McMahon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the University of Miami in 2008.
